1. General Return & Exchange Policy
We do not provide refunds for any purchases.
We encourage customers to contact us before placing an order to confirm product availability.
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, fresh, and in its original condition to be eligible for an exchange.
Each customer is allowed only one exchange per product.
2. Checking Products Upon Delivery
Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person when receiving the order.
If there is any issue with the product (e.g., damage, wrong item), the customer should return it immediately to the delivery person.
We will arrange for a replacement delivery at no additional cost.
Once the delivery person leaves, we will not accept complaints regarding product issues.
3. Exchange Process for Online Orders
If an exchange is requested through online delivery, the customer will be required to pay an additional delivery charge.
If the exchange is required due to a mistake on our part (wrong product or damaged item), we will cover the additional delivery cost.
Exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or preference-based requests will be subject to additional delivery charges.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Fees for installation and maintenance services are non-refundable.
If you have availed our installation or maintenance services, any associated service charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the volume of the product and the delivery location.
Customers should inquire about delivery charges before placing an order to avoid misunderstandings.
